Welcome
to the El Dorado Broncos Collegiate summer baseball program. We have assembled
a talented group of players from across the country to compete in one of the top
summer leagues in the country. Every player on this team has been recommended
to this program and will be expected to represent themselves, coach and their
university to the highest standards. Any player that does not uphold this
acceptable code of conduct will be removed immediately from the team. Your
coach and parents will then be notified as to the reason for dismissal and of
any pending legal obligation that may be required.
Due to
the quantity of uniforms not returned or returned in a timely manner the El
Dorado Broncos will now require a deposit of $100 on uniforms. This deposit
will be fully refunded when each player has completed his commitment to the team
and returned the belt, pants and jersey tops. The hat and T-shirts furnished
to each player are theirs to keep. Exception to the refund will be dismissal
from the team due to unacceptable conduct, destruction of property or criminal
intent.
The El
Dorado Bronco organization, host family or any other representative thereof will
not be held responsible in any form for any individual’s personal items that may
become damaged, lost or stolen. We will assist, within reason, any player to
legally recover any damages due to misconduct.
Should
you have any questions please contact myself, or other representatives of the El
Dorado Bronco organization, for clarification. With no further questions please
sign, date and remit to the address listed above a check for $100 made payable
to: El Dorado Bronco Baseball. This check will then be deposited into a special
account and upon completion of the terms and conditions listed above will be
returned as either cash or check issued per the players request.
